Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds on digital products

The ebook is a digital product that is delivered immediately after payment and cannot be returned. Therefore all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations once payment is complete.

When we will help

• Not delivered: if you paid but did not receive the download link, email us with your payment ID. We will resend it within 24 hours.
• File problem: if the PDF does not open or is damaged, we will send a working copy.
• Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the extra payment in full after verification.

Approved refunds for duplicate payments are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, as per Razorpay and bank timelines.
