These Terms govern your purchase and use of the digital ebook "ప్రభుత్వ బిజినెస్ లోన్ గైడ్ – తెలుగులో" (Government Business Loan Guide – Telugu) ("the Product") sold by Santosh Kumar Vuppala ("we", "us"). By making a payment you agree to these Terms.
1. The Product
The Product is a downloadable PDF guide in Telugu that explains how to apply for government business schemes such as Udyam Registration, PM Mudra Yojana, PMEGP and Stand-Up India. It is delivered digitally; no physical item is shipped.
2. Educational purpose only
- The Product is an independent educational guide. It is not a government publication and we are not affiliated with any government department, bank or lender.
- We do not provide loans, arrange loans, connect you to lenders, or guarantee approval of any loan, subsidy or registration. Loan decisions are made solely by banks and the relevant authorities.
- We do not charge for any government service. Government portals such as udyamregistration.gov.in are free to use.
- Scheme rules, limits and websites can change. Information is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of November 2026. Please verify on the official website before applying.
- The Product is not legal, financial or tax advice.
3. Price and payment
The price is ₹149 (Indian Rupees), shown on the sales page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
4. Delivery
After successful payment you are redirected to a download page, and a download link is sent to the email you provided. If you do not receive it, email us at vuppalasanthosh615@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will resend it within 24 hours.
5. Licence and use
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read the Product. You may not copy, resell, share publicly, upload, or distribute the Product or its contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
6. Refunds
As this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the limited cases we will fix.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any loss, rejection of an application, or decision by any bank or authority. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction.
